Tiragabadara Saami

Telugu cinema’s rising actor Raj Tarun’s new film “Thirugabadra Sami” is releasing in theaters on 2 August 2024. Raj Tarun, who recently appeared on the big screen through “Purushottamudu”, has come up with another mass-oriented film this time, directed by Ravi Kumar Chowdhary. The film is produced under the banner of Suraksha Entertainments Media. The film stars Raaz Tarun along with Malvi Malhotra, Mannara Chopra, Raghubabu and Bithiri Satti.

“Thiragabadra Sami” is the story of a young man who is separated from his parents in his childhood and dedicates himself to reuniting other families. During this time, he meets a girl named Shailaja, with whom he falls in love. The twist in the story comes when he has to make a deal with a dangerous villain.

Though the story of the film sounds interesting, it does not live up to the expectations of the audience. The weak script, outdated screenplay and unnecessary drama disappoints the audience. Raaz Tarun’s innocent and composed acting is commendable, but the direction of the film and the presentation of the story fail to engage the audience.

Tiragabadara Saami Story

The story of the film “Thirgabadra Saamy” revolves around a young man named Giri (Raj Tarun) who gets separated from his parents during a jatra in his childhood and grows up in a colony in Hyderabad. Giri believes that no one should suffer the same fate, so he helps people who are separated from their families and returns them home.

Giri is a simple and good-hearted boy who is looking for a happy family. During this time, he meets Shailaja (Malvi Malhotra) and both fall in love with each other. Soon they get married. But the twist in the story comes when dangerous criminal Zaheer Bagh Kondareddy (Makrand Deshpande) makes a deal in front of Giri – he has to find and hand over a special person.

The story progresses and presents many challenges in front of Giri, in which he gets entangled between his moral values and responsibilities. The reason for Shailaja’s entry into Giri’s life is also revealed gradually. Who is Giri looking for? What is the truth behind the deal? Will Giri be able to take the right decision? The answers to these questions are found in the later part of the film.

Though the idea of the film is emotionally and socially driven, the weak screenplay, outdated treatment and some illogical scenes weaken the film. The film fails to impress the audience much despite limited humour and some emotional scenes.

Conclusion

“Thirgabadara Saamy” tries to touch an emotional subject, but due to weak screenplay, overdrama and poor direction, the film fails to engage the audience. Raj Tarun and Malvi Malhotra’s performances are fine, but the rest of the characters and the story clearly lack depth. Some of the comedy scenes and interval twists in the film are a little better, but even they are not able to carry the entire film. Overall, this film is suitable only for die-hard fans. For the general audience, this film may prove to be a disappointing experience.
