Kousalya Supraja Rama Story
The story of the film is about a young man named Ram, who develops a misogynistic mindset influenced by his father Siddegouda’s toxic masculinity. Due to this mindset, his girlfriend Shivani leaves him because she has become a victim of Ram’s constant toxic behavior. After the death of Ram’s mother Kausalya, he introspects and decides to change himself.
He marries Muthulakshmi, a girl chosen by Kausalya, who is an alcoholic and a troubled woman. Ram tries to help Muthulakshmi in her new life and tries to get her to give up her alcohol habit.
